Are you interested in acupuncture and oriental medicine? Acupuncture, the practice of treating pain or disease by placing needles at specific points on the skin, has been around for thousands of years. However, this treatment method is still prevalent today as one of the most popular types of alternative medicines. If you would like to make a living by treating people with acupuncture, then you might want to consider earning a master’s degree in the field. Here’s a brief look at the Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program offered at American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM).
Located in Houston, TX, the Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program offered at ACAOM is a four-year program that teaches Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as well as Western Medicine.
